I finished the quilt that I started making last week. It was a very simple design and very easy to make. Nothing like getting back into quilting with a fast project.
It is a perfect lap quilt, and just big enough to snuggle up into.
Instead of quilting it on the machine I decided to tie quilt it by hand. This is a technique that I have never tried but always wanted to. I really love how it turned out!
I had a lot of fun with the borders. There are so many colors in the main fabrics that it would have been too difficult to just pick one border color.
