In our quest to makeover the downstairs bathroom, we purchased a new mirror and light fixture for the space. The mirror is from IKEA and we got it for a whopping $10. I love it, although I am thinking that we need a larger mirror for this space. But I am going to think it over and not make any changes until after the wedding.
The light fixture is from Lowes and was $20. The fiancé, who is an electrician, was able to install this puppy quickly on July 4th morning (we wanted the bathroom useable for guests who came to a small backyard cookout that afternoon).
I am so happy with how this bathroom is shaping up! There are still a lot of details that need to be worked out, but we are getting there! More on the improvements we have been making in the bathroom tomorrow.
